Ingredients of Homemade Granola
- You need 150 gr of rolled oats (not the quick cooking).
- You need 25 gr of soaked raisin.
- You need 25 gr of chopped almonds.
- You need 50 ml of honey.
- It's 50 gr of butter.
- It's of Additional as your wishes.
- Prepare of Walnut/cashewnuts/hazelnuts/pistachio.
- You need of Flax seeds.
- It's of Dried cranberry/ apricot/ goji berries.
- Prepare of Peanuts butter/marmelade.
- You need of Sunflower seeds/ pumpkin seeds.
Homemade Granola step by step
- In a pan, melt the butter. Add the rolled oats. Pan fry it to mix well with the butter..
- Add the chopped nuts, chopped berries and seeds. Add honey..
- Mix it well for 5 minutes..
- Pour the mixture on the baking tray or bowl..
- Place it in the oven and bake it for 30-40 minutes at 120°C until golden brown. Once in a time, open the oven and stir it a moment..

- Notes. I like my granola not too sticky/ loose. If you like some sticky/lumpy granola, you may add 1-2 tablespoon egg white and mix it with the mixture..
