Super easy to make, with lots of desiccated coconut and glac茅 cherries. The cake has quite a bit of coconut but I love coconut, so that's the point. If you don't like coconut then you will definitely not enjoy this cake.… Flaked coconut adds a tropical flavor to this sweet and lemony bread.
