Simply put, flan is the Spanish version of French crème caramel. Some flan recipes call for sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Ingredients of Cremè flan
- Prepare 2 of egg yolks.
- Prepare 75 ml of condensed milk.
- It's 250 ml of evaporated milk.
- You need 3 tbsp of cream cheese.
- Prepare 1 of tea spoon vanilla essense.
- You need 2 of tea spoon sugar.

Cremè flan step by step
- Mix the egg yolk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese together until it smooth and add the vanilla essense.
- Pour 1 tsp sugar in a cup with 1 tsp of water to make the caramel. put it on the microwave 2:30 seconds.
- Pour the cremè flan in the caramel cup and put it into a tray with water and cover with alumunium foil and ready to bain marie in the oven 200 celcius for 55 minutes.
- Once its done, cool it down in the room temperature and chilled in the fridge for about 1-2 hours before serve.
